About the event
Calling all walking enthusiasts! BGWW is teaming up with Coord Health to host an after-work walk + SweatHouz session! We'll start our walk at SweatHouz at 7:00PM and walk for about half an hour. Then we'll head into SweatHouz for an hour of cold plunges, sauna and wellness, snacks (duh!) and fun! The walk won't have a limit on numbers, the SweatHouz experience is limited to 25 participants. We'll be taking the first 25 sign-ups and have a waitlist thereafter. We'll let you know if you're the first 25 and keep the waitlist posted - so we can add people to the SweatHouz list as spots open up!
