Registered Nurse

Elizabeth Abraham

Elizabeth has been an oncology nurse for 20+ years with a primary focus in women’s health treating GYN and breast cancer. Elizabeth loves to help women improve health & wellness by teaching pillars of lifestyle medicine and promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors. She leads a 12-week survivorship course for breast cancer survivors and loves building community and trust. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family, hiking, skiing, supporting the Pan Mass Challenge and playing piano.

Education: BSN, Saint Anselm College

Colleen Duddy

Colleen is an RD and loves working with women of all ages. Her special interests for women's nutrition support include performance nutrition, hormonal conditions (PCOS), and relationship with food. Colleen brings a science-based yet practical approach to her work, drawing on her background in both clinical nutrition and biotech. As a marathon runner herself, she helps patients fuel their bodies in ways that enhance both health and performance.

Education: BS in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Vermont

Lily Lichtenstein-Swain

Lily has a strong clinical background in oncology, cardiology, and other high-acuity inpatient settings. Building on this foundation, she's expanded her focus to women's health at all stages including sports and performance nutrition, helping women fuel for strength, recovery, and longevity. Lily emphasizes developing a positive, sustainable relationship with food and translating nutrition science into realistic, evidence-based guidance that supports wellness.

Veronica Salsberg

Veronica has 10+ years experience working with women of all ages, working on pre/perinatal health, general healthier eating patterns, hormonal health, and menopause. With a focus on creating nutritious & delicious alternatives, Veronica is passionate about helping people build a healthy relationship with food while still enjoying the meals they love. Through personalized support and practical advice, she empowers her clients to make informed choices, fostering lasting changes for long-term health and well-being.

Emily Blake

Emily is a registered dietitian with 10+ years of experience who focuses on relationship with food, menopause and PCOS, among other areas of women's health. Emily also helps women with diabetes (pre-diabetes, type 2 and gestational), intuitive eating and general wellness. Emily's approach is weight-inclusive and non-restrictive. Emily enjoys helping patients build better relationships with food and believes that small steps lead to lasting changes.

Andrea Dynes

Andrea specializes across women's health needs. With 10+ years of experience, her areas of interest include prenatal / postpartum (including gestational diabetes), perimenopause / menopause, PCOS, type 2 DM & weight loss. She's passionate about helping patients build a healthy relationship with food through easy, sustainable changes for long-term success.

Sara McGowan

Sara has 15+ years experience in weight management across women's health needs. She spent nearly a decade at Brigham and Women’s Hospital supporting patients with cancer, GI, and neurological conditions before shifting to outpatient care. There, she has guided patients through oncology treatment and survivorship, weight loss, GLP1 use, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and more. Passionate about improving health and food relationships, Sara loves educating patients and correcting nutrition myths spread on social media.

Carol Sullivan

Carol is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in nutrition and women's health across life stages. She specializes in helping women improve health through evidence-based approaches. Carol loves making people see the good in food! Carol has also been the lead nutritionist for the Oncology Lifestyle Medicine clinic at MGH. Carol encourages a (mostly) whole food eating pattern, restorative sleep, physical activity, stress management, & positive social connections to prevent and treat chronic disease.

Ashley Draviam

Ashley Draviam has 10+ years of experience. She specializes in women's health (pre-pregnancy through menopause and beyond), weight management and oncology with a lifestyle medicine focus. Ashley loves helping women find foods that fuel their bodies and minds. She is fluent in Spanish and loves the outdoors, traveling to new places, cooking with her husband, and teaching her two young daughters about fun foods!

Education: MS Tufts University; BA in Spanish and Psychology at Williams

Marion Eckl

Marion is has 8 years of experience in nutrition counseling and research specializing in perinatal nutrition before, during, and after pregnancy: including fertility, prenatal, singleton and multiple pregnancies, gestational diabetes, and postpartum. Marion loves working with women at all stages of motherhood and beyond and is dedicated to empowering individuals with nutrition knowledge and skills in order to best support the birthing person, infant, and family from conception through postpartum.

Lily Reisinger

Lily is a Registered Dietitian in Austin, Texas. She works full-time in sports performance and also has a private practice that specializes in eating disorders, maximizing healthspan, and treating chronic conditions. Her experience includes general wellness and longevity, eating disorders, sports performance nutrition, and culinary nutrition. Lily's mission is to teach women the power of food as medicine, especially in the treatment and prevention of chronic diseases.

Brianna Theus

Brianna is a Registered Dietitian based in Connecticut who specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating. She is passionate about helping folks develop a more positive and healthful relationship with food, body and physical activity. She has special areas of interest in neurodivergence, BIPoC, social justice, and religion / religious experiences and their impact on our relationships with food.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Saint Joseph; continued learning and unlearning from diverse perspectives and experiences
