Leading Women's Health Dietitians
Our Registered Dietitians offer virtual nutrition counseling, and our nurse partners provide no-cost education and community programming, wherever you are.

Elizabeth Abraham
Elizabeth is a Registered Nurse who leads Coord's no-cost lifestyle medicine series for cancer survivors. An oncology nurse for more than 20 years, she has focused primarily on GYN and breast cancer care, and loves helping women build health and wellness through the pillars of lifestyle medicine. Outside of work, she spends time with family, hikes, skis, plays piano, and supports the Pan Mass Challenge.

Sasha Bayat
Sasha works across all stages of metabolic health, weight management and pregnancy (nausea, hyperemesis and more). Sasha has a strong clinical and research background, with experience at ASU, Mayo Clinic, and Massachusetts General Hospital. She completed her training and served as a senior dietitian in an academic hospital in Boston, where she helped expand the Women’s Health Division.

Emily Blake
Emily is a Registered Dietitian with more than 10 years of experience, focusing on relationship with food, menopause, and PMOS, among other areas of women's health. She also supports women managing diabetes — pre-diabetes, type 2, and gestational — as well as intuitive eating and general wellness. Emily's approach is weight-inclusive and non-restrictive, rooted in the belief that small steps lead to lasting change.

Ashley Draviam
Ashley has more than 10 years of experience in women's health, from pre-pregnancy through menopause and beyond, with additional focus on weight management and oncology through a lifestyle medicine lens. She loves helping women find foods that fuel both body and mind. Fluent in Spanish, Ashley enjoys the outdoors, traveling, cooking with her husband, and teaching her two young daughters about fun foods.

Colleen Duddy
Colleen loves working with women of all ages, with an interest in performance nutrition, hormonal conditions, and relationship with food. She brings a science-based, practical approach shaped by her background in both clinical nutrition and biotech. As a marathon runner herself, Colleen helps patients fuel their bodies in ways that support both health and performance.

Andrea Dynes
Andrea specializes in women's health, with more than 10 years of experience across prenatal and postpartum care (including gestational diabetes), perimenopause and menopause, PMOS, type 2 diabetes, and weight loss. She's passionate about helping patients build a healthy relationship with food through easy, sustainable changes that support long-term success.

Krysta Lauria
Krysta is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) who supports women navigating PMOS, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, midlife metabolic changes, and pregnancy, including gestational diabetes. She takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to nutrition, helping women build confidence through realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes that fit their everyday lives.

Lily Lichtenstein-Swain
Lily brings a strong clinical background in high-acuity inpatient settings to her work as a Registered Dietitian. She's since expanded her focus to women's health, including sports and performance nutrition, helping women fuel for strength, recovery, and longevity. Lily is passionate about translating nutrition science into realistic, evidence-based guidance that builds a lasting, positive relationship with food.

Sarah Masukewicz
Beyond general women's health, Sarah specializes in GI health, including IBD, IBS, GERD, and food sensitivities. With a strong foundation in gut health, she takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach, tailoring nutrition strategies to each patient's symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. Sarah is committed to helping women optimize their overall wellbeing at every stage of life.

Sara McGowan
With more than 15 years of experience, Sara spent nearly a decade supporting patients with cancer, GI, and neurological conditions before moving into outpatient care. Since then, she has guided women through weight management, diabetes, pregnancy, and more. Sara is especially passionate about patient education and correcting nutrition myths spread on social media.

Mae Reilly
Maegan (“Mae”) is a mom of three with 13 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. She spent the first decade of her career as an oncology dietitian at one of the country's top cancer centers before shifting her focus, after becoming a mom, to helping women feel their best through hormonal conditions, prenatal care, and beyond. She also helps families navigate starting solids, allergies, and picky eating.

Veronica has more than 10 years of experience working with women of all ages, with a focus on pre- and perinatal health, hormonal health, menopause, and building healthier eating patterns. She's passionate about creating nutritious, delicious alternatives that help patients enjoy the meals they love. Through compassionate and practical advice, Veronica empowers patients to make informed choices that last.

Agatha is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in weight management, metabolic health, and sustainable behavior change. Working across a wide range of outpatient cases, she helps women build realistic habits and a healthier relationship with food at every age. Outside of work, she's often outdoors — surfing and rock climbing are current favorites.
