Join us for a calming and restorative 50-minute virtual pre-natal yoga session led by Boston-area Nurse Meg Mahnks on Sunday, February 2, at 6 PM ET. Designed for expecting mothers, this class focuses on gentle stretches, breathwork and mindfulness to support your body and mind throughout pregnancy. All you need is a yoga mat and a cushion or blanket if you'd like extra comfort! All levels are welcome! Come as you are and take time to connect with your baby and your body in a nurturing and safe space.
